HOW IT WORKS
After submitting your vehicle, documents and contact information, your Service Provider will provide you a quote. After work is completed, autologiQ will cover the cost of the invoice and set up automatic monthly payments from your account.

What is EMP?
Easy Monthly Payments (EMP) is a repair financing solution that allows consumers to leverage the value of their vehicle to pay for its repairs. All loans are instantly approved without any credit checks or income verification, based on the value of your vehicle. The program allows you to repay the loan conveniently over 36 months with the option to pay off the balance at any time without any penalties.

What are the terms of the EMP loan?
The EMP loan program is designed to ensure the monthly payments fit your budget. Loans, up to a maximum of 50% of the current wholesale value of your vehicle, are instantaneously approved with a 36-month repayment term. You will have the option to pay off your loan early or make lump sum payment whenever you have surplus cash.
Since the loan is based on the value of your vehicle and not your personal credit history, your vehicle will be subject to a lien pursuant to applicable provincial legislation, until the loan is fully paid off.

What is the interest rate you charge? Are there any additional fees?
The interest rate is 24.99% per annum, which is comparable with or in many cases, lower than interest rates charged by credit card companies. There is a variable one-time charge starting at $99.95 to cover our administration costs related to the setting up of the loan. You do not need to pay this fee up front. It will be included in the monthly payment.

Can I get the repair or maintenance work done at any service centre of my choice?
You can get the repair or maintenance work done, including purchase and installation of tires and rims, at any service centre that is an authorized service provider on the autologiQ platform. autologiQ has a network of service providers that are approved to carry out work on your vehicle that would be paid for using the EMP loan. The loan amount specific to the invoice issued to you will be disbursed directly to the service provider once you complete the required documentation. EMP is currently only available in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. If you have a preferred service centre that is not listed as our authorized service provider, please let us know and we will work with them to provide you an EMP option. Will my vehicle be subject to a lien?
Yes, since the loan is based on the value of your vehicle and not your personal credit history, your vehicle will be subject to a lien pursuant to applicable provincial legislation, until the loan is fully paid off.
