Amazing experience here! Was taking my kids to a swimming class next door and noticed we had a flat tire. Nick took our car in just as they were about to close the shop, put on a spare, ordered a replacement tire and had it installed the next morning. We had a family trip planned so they really saved our weekend. Big thanks to Nick and the team for taking such good care of us, will definitely be coming back

I highly recommend this mechanic shop! Jim and Nick are a father and son team, and they really know their stuff. They’re friendly, honest, and their knowledge of cars is second to none. I’ve taken both of my cars to them, and they fixed all the issues. The whole process was easy and efficient both cars were in and out in less than 24 hours each. Tina was amazing she was so transparent about the pricing and the text features with images was super helpful in actually showing the problem on my safety. I asked for an oil change on the vehicle cause I was unsure of history of last one and they checked and confirmed it was not needed rather than taking an extra $140.00 - super impressed with the level of service I received today. We will be back.

my first visit, went in with a MAJOR REPAIR REQUIRED, was informed that there was no issue with my pump/ coolant leakage , amazing honesty and transparency !!! got other critical preventative jobs and a vital job , suspension, ball joint done. Outstanding technicians, and NIK is customer service personified . On the cons , need to be more competitive
